Common checks
- Confirm Apple Health permissions are enabled for Precision Coach.
- Confirm Bluetooth permission is enabled before using a Bluetooth heart-rate strap.
- Confirm Location permission is enabled before recording outdoor workouts with GPS.
- For Apple Watch workout data, open the iPhone app after the watch workout has synced.
- For Full Reports Unlock, use the App Store purchase restore option if you changed devices.
